No. Your helper drafts the paperwork. You check it, fix anything, and you send it. Nothing goes to a client, a crew member or a file until you do.

What forms can it fill in?

The ones you already use. Timesheets, invoices, safety briefings and daily site reports are the usual ones. You show us the form, we build the helper around it.

Can my crew text in their hours?

Yes. Your crew texts hours the way they do now, in their own group chat. The helper turns them into a timesheet draft for your check.

Does it do the math on invoices?

Yes. The invoice draft adds up the lines and the tax the way your own invoices do. You check the totals before it goes to your client.

Can it write a toolbox talk?

Yes. It drafts the safety briefing or toolbox talk on your own form, from what the crew sends. You or your crew lead check it before anyone signs.

What if a number is missing?

The helper flags it for you instead of guessing. You or your crew lead fill it in, then you check the total.
