How we handle your details.
This page says what this website collects, why, who handles it and how to ask us about it. It is written for Saskatchewan contractors, not for lawyers. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will answer in plain words.
What we collect
Google Analytics is optional. If you accept it, we count page visits, how long people stay and how far they scroll, Text us clicks, and consultation requests that reach our server. A Text us click does not tell us whether you sent a text. A request that reaches us is not a booked appointment.
Analytics stays off until you choose Accept analytics. Reject analytics keeps it off. You can change your choice through Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Rejecting does not stop the form or contact links from working.
Analytics also tells us which ad or post brought you here. For that we keep the campaign labels and the Google ad-click code that can sit on the end of a link you tapped. We drop everything else from the page address before analytics loads, and we never send your name, company, email, phone number or message. We use this to see which ads and posts work, not to show you ads elsewhere. Google does receive technical details such as your device type and internet address, so analytics is not anonymous.
We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If you accept, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies for up to 180 days to distinguish visits. Rejecting later stops future measurement and removes those analytics cookies in this browser; it does not erase data already sent. If you accept again after rejecting, measurement resumes on your next page visit.
When you send a consultation request through the form, we receive what you type: your name and email address (required), and your company name, phone number and message if you add them. That is all the form asks for. When you send it, we email a short confirmation ("We got your request") to the address you gave.
When you text or call the business number, email us, or use the "Text us" button, your message and your number or address reach us through the phone or email service you used, in the usual way.
The free templates on this site are plain downloads. You do not need to give us contact details to download one. If you accept analytics, we count downloads by file name.
Why we collect it
We use consultation details to reply to you about a free consultation and, if you go ahead, to set up and run your AI office helper. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
With your permission, analytics shows us which pages people visit, how they use the site and whether they get in touch. It is separate from handling your consultation request.
Who processes it
A few services handle your request on the way to us. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics processes optional usage data when you accept analytics. See Google's privacy policy. Google may process this data outside Canada.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the spam check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile). Like any website host, Cloudflare sees your device's internet address and basic request details when you load a page. The spam check looks at browser signals to tell people from bots; it runs only when you use the form. It gives the form a one-time pass and does not leave a cookie in your browser.
- Resend sends the form's contents to our inbox as an email. Resend also sends the confirmation email to the address you gave.
- Microsoft 365 holds our business mailbox, where your request lands and where we reply from.
- Quo, our phone provider, carries texts and calls to the business number.
These companies store data in the United States and Canada. If that matters to you, email us before you send anything and we will talk it through.
No artificial intelligence runs on this website, and your request is not fed to an AI system to be answered. The AI office helpers we build for clients run separately, on the forms and chat apps a client already uses, under an agreement with that client.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in our business mailbox while we are talking with you. We keep it for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, and we will. The email service and our host keep their own technical logs for the periods their plans set.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS only. The form accepts a limited set of fields, with size limits, and a hidden check stops most automated submissions. The code that forwards your request does not write your details to any log or database; it passes them straight to the email service. Our mailbox and the services above are protected by sign-in on their side.
Your choices and your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@axentradata.com or text (639) 638-7403. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we share or change anything. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
You do not have to use the form. You can email or text us directly instead, and nothing on this site stops working if you say no to the spam check.
Changes to this page
When we change how we handle your details, we update this page and the date at the top. We do not change what we do with details already sent to us without telling you.
